Will Barnes joined the organization in 2021 as the Vice President of HSE. With nearly two decades of experience, Mr. Barnes has dedicated his career to HSE roles in oilfield services. Prior to Dynamis, Mr. Barnes served as Vice President of HSE for Nine Energy Service supporting wireline, cementing, coiled tubing and workover operations. Mr. Barnes also worked for Wier Oil & Gas’s wellhead business unit as North American HSE Manager. Additionally, Mr. Barnes served as Southeastern U.S. HSE Manager at Cameron International where he supported manufacturing and field operations for pressure control equipment, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, and jack-up rigs. Mr. Barnes is a Certified Safety Professional. He holds a B.S. Degree in Occupational Health and Safety and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Organizational Leadership.
